Joined a gym about a month ago, all I have to say is Thank heavens! If it weren't for going the 2-3 days a week we would not have caught Kerry's heart problem as soon as we did. So, as soon as he is cleared again, we will be back.
For now, a tip from one of the trainers....
Since I work hunched over all day my shoulders are terribly tight. He gave me a stretching exercise...CAN'T BELIEVE IT WORKS! Stand against a wall...back flat...knees slightly bent...put arms against wall..elbows bent...slowly move arms up against wall and back down. Don't move any body part away from wall. It really helps me...Hope it does to those who need a release!
