Okay, so I have to start a whole new way of cooking since Kerry's episode with congested heart failure. So I tried this throw together gumbo...grilled chicken and turkey sausage...while it was cooking I dumped frozen gumbo vegies, some fresh carrots, can of NO SALT tomatoes and some red wine. Seasoned with paprika, garlic powder, celantro paste, italian paste and cayenne pepper. Cut up chicken and sausage and mixed in gumbo then served over brown rice. No salt was used...sprinkled a little parmesan cheese...It turned out okay given NO SALT!
